MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for a residential development in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. The project comprised the demolition of an existing warehouse building and the construction of 20 new residential dwellings, including 11 four-bedroom houses and 9 three-bedroom houses, together with associated roads, landscaping, drainage, utility connections and external works. MGM Partnership provided full pre and post-contract services, including development feasibility assessments, commercial appraisal, cost planning, procurement, tender and contract administration, and construction stage cost management throughout the delivery of the scheme.
