MGM Partnership provided Employer’s Representative, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a mixed-use development at Pottery Road, Dublin. The project comprised the demolition of an existing industrial building and the construction of 78 apartments, including studio, one and two-bedroom units, together with two ground floor commercial units, resident amenities, concierge and management facilities, landscaped communal open spaces, basement and surface car parking, bicycle parking and a new pedestrian bridge connecting the development to the adjoining park. MGM Partnership provided cost management, project management, procurement, contract administration and Employer’s Representative services throughout the development of the scheme.
