MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a mixed-use residential development at Glebe House, Dublin. The project comprised the demolition of existing industrial and commercial buildings and the construction of approximately 160 apartments together with a community facility, retail unit and the refurbishment of an existing protected structure. The development also included associated site infrastructure and external works. MGM Partnership provided project management, cost planning, procurement, tender administration and construction cost management services throughout the development of the scheme.
