MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Narrow Ways residential development at Bettystown, Co. Meath. The project comprised the construction of 18 residential units, including a mix of three and four-bedroom semi-detached houses, together with a new site entrance, public open space, pedestrian and cycle links, landscape works and associated infrastructure. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the development.
