MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Oldtown Mill residential development in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The project comprised the construction of 75 residential units, including a mix of houses, duplex units and apartments, together with associated roads, services, landscaping, car parking, bicycle storage, public open spaces and external infrastructure works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the delivery of the development.
