Located within a prominent city-centre site, the project involved the development of a modern office-led commercial scheme incorporating the retention and integration of an existing protected structure. MGM Partnership coordinated feasibility studies, planning strategy, cost management, stakeholder engagement and design team activities, supporting the project through design development, planning and appeal stages while assisting the client in progressing the scheme towards delivery.
