MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services for the Athy Food, Drink & Skills Innovation Hub, a flagship regeneration and enterprise development project for Kildare County Council. The project involved the redevelopment and adaptation of existing heritage buildings to create a modern innovation hub incorporating food production, training, enterprise and skills-development facilities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary design team, MGM Partnership provided cost management and quantity surveying services to support the delivery of a high-quality facility aimed at fostering innovation, education and economic development within the region.
