MGM Partnership provided full Quantity Surveying services for the Wicklow Enterprise Hub development at Wicklow County Campus. The project comprised the conversion and extension of existing buildings within the grounds of Clermont House, a protected structure, to create a modern enterprise hub incorporating office accommodation, flexible workspace and associated facilities. The works included the refurbishment of existing vernacular cottages, conversion of a former dormitory building and construction of a new two-storey office extension. MGM Partnership supported the project from inception to final account, helping deliver a high-quality enterprise facility for the region.
