MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying and Independent Monitoring Surveyor services in relation to the Daneswell Place residential development at Botanic Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9. The project comprises a substantial mixed-use residential scheme including 160 apartments across four residential blocks together with a crèche, café, gym, resident amenity facilities, basement car parking and associated site infrastructure. MGM Partnership carried out detailed cost reviews, development appraisals and ongoing project monitoring services on behalf of the project funders, providing independent reporting, programme assessment, cost review and drawdown certification throughout the development process.
