MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services for the proposed extension to the Dunbrody Visitor Centre, New Ross. The project involves the construction of a significant extension to the existing visitor attraction, incorporating additional visitor toilet facilities, staff accommodation, offices, storage areas and a new roof terrace overlooking the River Barrow. Working as part of the design team, MGM Partnership provided cost management and quantity surveying services to support the development through design, procurement and construction stages, assisting in the delivery of enhanced visitor and operational facilities at one of County Wexford’s premier tourism destinations.
