MGM Partnership has provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for refurbishment and upgrade works at Maldron Hotel Pearse Street, Dublin. Delivered within a live operational hotel environment, the works have included the refurbishment of guest bedrooms together with enhancements to front-of-house areas, including reception, bar and customer-facing facilities. The projects were carefully phased to minimise disruption to hotel operations while modernising accommodation and improving the overall guest experience.
