MGM Partnership has provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a range of refurbishment and upgrade projects at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge, Dublin. Delivered within a live operational hotel environment, the works have included guest bedroom refurbishment and reconfiguration projects, passenger lift upgrades and associated improvements to guest facilities. The projects were carefully planned and phased to minimise disruption to hotel operations while enhancing the overall guest experience and modernising hotel accommodation.
