MGM Partnership has provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a range of refurbishment, sustainability and upgrade projects at The Gibson Hotel, Dublin. Delivered within a live operational hotel environment, the works have included guest bedroom refurbishments, lobby and restaurant upgrades, together with energy-efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives designed to enhance building performance and the overall guest experience. The projects were carefully planned and phased to minimise disruption to hotel operations while modernising key guest and public areas.
