MGM Partnership has provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a range of refurbishment and upgrade projects at the Burlington Road Hotel, Dublin. Delivered within a live operational hotel environment, the works have included guest bedroom refurbishments, bar and public area upgrades, improvements to restaurant and reception facilities, and associated building services enhancements. The projects were carefully phased to minimise disruption to hotel operations while modernising guest accommodation and public amenities
