MGM Partnership provided Project Management, Employer’s Representative and Quantity Surveying services for the Maldron Hotel South Mall development in Cork City. The project comprised the vertical extension of an existing city-centre shell and core building, the conversion of an existing double basement, and the retention and refurbishment of two protected façades to deliver a seven-storey, 163-bedroom hotel. The development also included front-of-house bar and restaurant facilities, a lower ground floor business centre and a separate shell and core restaurant space. MGM Partnership provided feasibility assessment, cost planning, procurement, project management, Employer’s Representative and construction stage commercial management services throughout the delivery of the development.
