Rape Crisis Centre

MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services for the Rape Crisis Centre development. The project comprised the construction of a new office facility including administration accommodation, counselling rooms, multi-purpose rooms, reception facilities and associated site development works. The development provided approximately 1,800m² of accommodation together with enabling works, external works and supporting infrastructure. MGM Partnership provided cost planning, procurement, tender administration, contract management and construction stage commercial management services throughout the project.
