Primary Care Centre,Arklow, Co. Wicklow

 The project consisted of the construction of a new 60,000 sq. ft., 4 storey primary care centre constructed in Arklow town centre. The project commenced on site in August 2020 and was completed in Q3 2022.

The project involves the construction of a new 48,000 sq. ft., 3 storey primary care centre as Phase 2 of the existing primary care centre in Wicklow. As well as the developers quantity surveying role we are liaising with the funders on the project. Currently at Planning Stage.
