MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services for the Rathmines Road Lower development in Dublin. The project comprised the refurbishment and change of use of a protected former banking hall and office building to provide a ground floor restaurant together with the construction of three high-end residential apartments. MGM Partnership provided feasibility assessment, cost planning, procurement, tender administration, contract management and construction stage cost management services throughout the delivery of the development.
