MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the Aideen Place residential development in Kimmage, Dublin. The project comprised the construction of nine luxury three-bedroom townhouses together with associated site development, landscaping and external works. MGM Partnership provided feasibility assessment, cost planning, procurement, tender administration, contract management and construction stage commercial management services throughout the delivery of the development.
