MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a residential development at Cromwellsfort Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12. The project comprised the demolition of existing commercial buildings and the construction of 12 three-bedroom dwellings together with associated site development and external works. MGM Partnership provided feasibility assessment, cost planning, procurement, tender administration, contract management and construction stage commercial management services throughout the delivery of the development, and also supported the disposal of the completed units to Oaklee Housing.
