MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for a residential development at Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The project comprised the demolition of a former filling station and vacant retail units and the construction of a four-storey apartment development containing 21 residential units together with associated site works and infrastructure. MGM Partnership provided feasibility assessment, cost planning, procurement, tender administration, contract management, funding liaison and construction stage commercial management services throughout the delivery of the development.
