MGM Partnership provided Employer’s Representative services for the Orchard Close residential development in Kilkenny. The project comprised the construction of 23 residential units, including a mix of semi-detached and terraced houses, together with associated roads, services, landscaping and external works. MGM Partnership provided Employer’s Representative services throughout the delivery of the development, supporting the successful completion of the scheme and associated site infrastructure.
