MGM Partnership provided Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Employer’s Representative services for Lovett House, Donnybrook. The project comprised a six-storey mixed-use development including 38 apartments and two ground floor retail units within a prime Dublin residential location. MGM Partnership provided feasibility assessment, cost planning, procurement, tender administration, contract management and construction stage commercial management services throughout the delivery of the development.
