MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Breagagh Valley residential development at Castle Oaks, Kilkenny. The development comprised the construction of 50 residential units delivered across multiple stages of the overall scheme, together with associated roads, services, landscaping and external infrastructure works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the delivery of the development.
