MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Ferney Road residential development in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. The project comprised the construction of 54 residential units, including a mix of three and four-bedroom houses, together with associated roads, services, landscaping and external infrastructure works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the development.
