MGM Partnership provided Employer’s Representative services for The Railyard residential development at Albert Quay, Cork. The project comprised 217 apartments across a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units together with associated residential amenities, public realm works and external infrastructure. The development included cost-rental, affordable and age-friendly accommodation and incorporated the restoration and integration of the former railway terminus building and Carey House. The scheme formed part of the ongoing regeneration of Cork Docklands and delivered high-quality residential accommodation within a prominent waterfront location.
