MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services on the St. Edmunds residential development at St. Loman’s Road, Palmerstown, Dublin. The scheme comprises a substantial mixed-tenure residential development including one, two and three-bedroom homes together with associated infrastructure, landscaping and external works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, progress reporting, cost review and drawdown certification services throughout the construction phase.
