MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services for the Fountain Street residential development in Ferrybank, Waterford. The project comprised the construction of 14 residential units across two apartment blocks, including a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplex units, together with associated site works, car parking and landscaped communal open spaces. Developed on a brownfield site within an established residential area, the scheme delivered high-quality social housing accommodation while contributing to the regeneration and sustainable development of the local area.
