MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Representative services for a residential development at Collins Avenue, Whitehall, Dublin 9. The project comprised 60 one-bedroom apartments designed specifically for older persons, delivering high-quality age-friendly accommodation within a well-established residential location. MGM Partnership provided value engineering, cost management, contract negotiations, Employer’s Representative services and construction stage cost control throughout the project, supporting the successful delivery of specialist residential accommodation together with associated site development and external works.
