MGM Partnership were engaged as client Employer Representative on this recently completed project (July 2022). A 23-unit, new build scheme, comprising semi-detached and terraced houses on a greenfield site.  The site itself was bounded on two sides by public roads and on the other two sides by existing residential developments.
