Refurbishment and upgrade works at Clayton Whites Hotel, Wexford, including the refurbishment of 51 guest bedrooms across multiple floors of the hotel. The project involved the replacement and upgrade of bedroom furniture, wardrobes, headboards, lighting, soft furnishings and associated interior finishes, enhancing guest accommodation while maintaining hotel operations. MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services throughout the refurbishment programme.
