MGM Partnership provided Project Management, Employer’s Representative and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of the Dalata Termini development in Dublin City Centre. The project comprised the construction of a new city-centre hotel development delivered on a constrained urban site, incorporating modern guest accommodation, hospitality facilities and associated infrastructure. Working closely with the client, design team and contractor, MGM Partnership managed the project through design, procurement and construction stages to support the successful delivery of a high-quality hospitality development.
