MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services in relation to the strategic development of the Institute of Education campus at Leeson Street, Dublin. The project involved the appraisal of a range of expansion and redevelopment options across the campus, including new educational accommodation, refurbishment of existing buildings, classroom expansion opportunities, student facilities and public realm enhancements. Working closely with the client and design team, MGM Partnership prepared feasibility studies, cost evaluations and development reviews to support future investment decisions and the long-term growth of the campus.
