MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for a residential development in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan. The project comprised the construction of 57 residential units together with associated roads, services, landscaping and external infrastructure works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the development.
