MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the development of the Maldron Hotel Croke Park, Dublin. The project comprised the construction of a new multi-storey hotel development on Clonliffe Road, incorporating guest accommodation, front-of-house facilities, back-of-house areas, ancillary services, external works and associated infrastructure. Working closely with the client, design team and contractor, MGM Partnership supported the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
