MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the proposed South Mall Offices development at Maldron South Mall, Cork. The project involved the appraisal and development of a range of office fit-out and workplace design options, together with planning and change-of-use proposals to create modern office accommodation within the existing building. MGM Partnership worked closely with the client and design team to assess spatial requirements, coordinate design development and support the project through feasibility and planning stages.
