MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services in connection with the Part V acquisition of residential units within the Cul Dara development at Williamstown, Waterford. The overall development comprised 95 residential units together with associated roads, services, landscaping and external works. Acting on behalf of Waterford City & County Council, MGM Partnership carried out detailed cost assessments, review of Part V submissions, acquisition price evaluations and negotiations with the developer to support the transfer of residential units in accordance with Part V requirements.
