MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Coneyboro residential development in Athy, Co. Kildare. The project comprised the construction of 35 residential units together with associated site infrastructure, landscaping, parking and external works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the development.
