MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for Phase 4 of the Tullybrook residential development in Drogheda. The project comprised the construction of 47 new homes, including a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses, together with associated site works, parking facilities, EV charging infrastructure and accessible parking spaces. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the development.
