MGM Partnership has successfully delivered a series of refurbishment and development projects at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, Dublin. The works have included front-of-house upgrades, refurbishment of public and guest-facing areas, conference facility improvements and extension works, all undertaken within a fully operational hotel environment. Through careful planning and stakeholder coordination, the projects have enhanced the hotel’s facilities while minimising disruption to guests and day-to-day operations.
