MGM Partnership provided Project Management services for the Wren Urban Nest Hotel development in Dublin City Centre. The project comprised the demolition of an existing nightclub and the construction of a nine-storey, 137-bedroom hotel on a constrained urban infill site. The development incorporated advanced sustainable building technologies and achieved operational net zero carbon status without the need for carbon offsets. MGM Partnership managed the project through design, procurement and construction stages, supporting the successful delivery of one of Ireland’s most sustainable hotel developments.
