MGM Partnership provided Project Management services for sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives at Clayton Hotel Cork City. The project involved the assessment and review of the hotel’s existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure, energy performance and operational systems to identify opportunities for energy reduction and carbon savings. MGM Partnership coordinated the evaluation of potential upgrade measures and building services improvements, supporting the development of a strategic roadmap for the long-term sustainability and operational performance of the hotel.
