MGM Partnership provided Employer’s Representative services as part of a multidisciplinary design team for the Office of Public Works on the refurbishment and fit-out of a major office building in Cork City. The project involved the delivery of modern office accommodation for a government department, incorporating Category A and Category B fit-out works, upgraded building services infrastructure and sustainability-focused enhancements. The development included energy-efficiency measures, provisions for rooftop photovoltaic installations and associated electrical upgrades to support improved building performance and reduced operational energy consumption.
