MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Hole in the Wall residential development in Donaghmede, Dublin 13. The project comprised a large-scale mixed-use development including 413 apartments across four residential blocks, five houses, a childcare facility, resident amenity areas, concierge and management facilities, car parking, landscaped communal open spaces and associated infrastructure works. The development also included the demolition of the existing Saint Columban’s buildings and associated structures to facilitate the scheme. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the development.
