MGM Partnership provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for Globe Logistics Park at Monread Road, Naas, Co. Kildare. The project comprised the construction of approximately 17,753 sq.m. of warehouse and logistics accommodation across two detached units together with associated access roads, yards, parking, services, landscaping and external infrastructure works. MGM Partnership provided feasibility assessment, cost planning, procurement, tender administration, project management and construction stage commercial management services throughout the delivery of the development.
