MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Longview residential development at Ballyvolane, Cork. The project comprised the construction of 166 residential units across both private and social housing developments, including a mix of houses and duplex units, together with associated roads, services, landscaping and external infrastructure works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the delivery of both phases of the development.
