MGM Partnership provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for the Abbeyfort residential development in Kinsale, Co. Cork. The development comprised the construction of 142 residential units across multiple phases, including a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses, together with associated roads, services, landscaping and external infrastructure works. Acting on behalf of the project funders, MGM Partnership provided independent project monitoring, cost review, programme assessment, progress reporting and drawdown certification services throughout the delivery of the development.
